All of our orders are packed securely and with the utmost care, and are sent out on the same day if ordered before 2PM.

If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, we will not ship the order until all items are available. Please be aware of this when placing an order that contains unreleased items.

We charge flat shipping rates and offer both Economy and Express options;

All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked, so you always know where your parcel is!

Delivery is exclusively through Royal Mail or DPD, as we believe those carriers to give our customers the most reliable service.

Crim's Cards can't be held responsible for lost, delayed or misrouted orders. However, we will do our utmost to work with both the customer and the relevant postal carriers to find a solution should any of the above occur. In almost all cases this will result in the customer being refunded, depending on the outcome of the postal carrier's investigation.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence of the parcel and its contents. This will help us to quickly and accurately resolve issues with our postal carriers.
